Fancy we are NOT. Small business owners like us aren’t cheap. We aren’t cranky all the time. We aren’t closed-minded to new ideas.

We’re busy…really freakin’ busy. Busy wearing 6 different hats any given second out of the 50 hats we wear all week long. When we actually make a deliberate choice to do something NOT related to work, there’s still a list of 300 things we’re NOT getting done. We’re the backbone of this country making up 99.9% of all US businesses and we represent over 99% of the businesses in the nation with paid employees. We outnumber “big businesses” by the tens of MILLIONS. We give up personal time, family time, almost everything to make our companies successful. And we’re also not fans of the over-complication that seems to be taking over everything in the world.
