Flat Fee Projects
This option includes a detailed project scope, outlined deliverables, milestone progress reports and deadlines for one fee. This takes the surprises out of hourly engagements and gives you the assurance that the job will get done and allow you to budget appropriately. Flat Fee Projects are billed 50% at the start, 25% at the halfway point and 25% upon completion.
EXECUTIVE SEARCH FEE: HR4ALL provides competitive placement rates of 15-20% of the annual base salary with a two-tier guarantee. A full refund is offered within the first 30 days of employment under most circumstances; a pro-rated refund or replacement is offered for a subsequent 30 days. Detailed write-ups and two free assessments are included for up to 3 finalists.
This pricing option is applicable and appropriate for certain projects that by their nature are undefined. This can occur when some of the components are unknown at the start of the engagement, or the nature of the project itself is such that each stage can expand the scope of future components. Investigations, Audits, Research Projects and those of a similar nature are good examples of those types of projects. In the spirit of forging lasting relationships with clients, when the Client and HR4ALL can reasonably predict the level of effort required to complete the engagement then HR4ALL will offer a conversion to a Flat Fee Project for the balance of the work provided a contract and appropriate terms are executed at that time. This helps to minimize costs for you while still completing the project.
Handbooks & Hotlines
HR4ALL will produce a federal and state-compliant Employee Handbook, including one US State, for a flat cost of $1000; fee for additional States is negotiable based on total number to be added. Each handbook applies to one (1) legal business entity. HR4ALL includes a one-year subscription to Federal and State policy updates which can be renewed for just $500 annually (includes all relevant States).
HR4ALL will provide an anonymous, Whistleblower Hotline for an annual fee of $1500. We conduct the confidential intake via phone, mail, fax or email and never ask the reporting party's name. Using the information gathered, we then provide a full report to the client in order for them to review and act upon as they see fit.
